A driving force in the growth of RMS Automotive, Nick Peluso has served as the company’s President since 2014. As President, Nick leads an executive team focused on RMS Automotive’s vision to accelerate portfolio management through intelligent remarketing solutions and advanced data analytics. Through his leadership, Nick fosters a strong collaborative culture, which he believes is fundamental to continued growth and international expansion. RMS Automotive is now operating in 15 countries with further expansion planned globally.
Prior to joining Cox Automotive, Nick was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ADT Automotive, Inc. He joined Cox Automotive in 2000 as President of Remarketing Solutions for Manheim North America and ascended quickly to his previous role, Senior Vice President of Customer Care for Manheim North America.
As General Manager of RMS Automotive, Zach directs and coordinates the overall global activities of RMS to ensure optimum efficiency and productivity to maximize growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. Zach is a seasoned remarketing industry executive, with extensive experience in the global wholesale automotive industry, having spent 15+ years developing and evolving SaaS platforms to support wholesale automotive processes. Zach is also the named inventor of numerous patents related to vehicle lifecycle management, electronic marketplaces and third party vehicle inspection processes.
As AVP of Global Sales and Marketing, David Gaynoe oversees overall coordination, functional management and leadership of the global sales and marketing initiatives for RMS Automotive. Key functions include development and execution of sales strategies, key account management and management of the global sales team. David also oversees the global marketing team’s efforts to identify and develop strategic initiatives and new client service opportunities.
Prior to joining the RMS Automotive team, David held roles of increasing leadership at Cox Enterprises. Within these roles, he provided continuous business improvement across operational disciplines both domestically and globally. Before his roles at Cox Enterprises, David worked at Ernst & Young as part of their Advisory and Assurance practice.
David is a former US Marine who earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of West Florida.
As AVP of RMS Automotive Operations, Connie Suozzo is responsible for the quality, speed and efficiency in which RMS Automotive serves its’ Clients and Partners. Key functions include: Oversight for the global application support and leveraging third-party relationships that drive the best quality service possible across the RMS domestic and international footprint. Prior to joining RMS Automotive, Connie managed a team of Sales Engineers under Manheim’s National Client Sales Support team.
Connie joined Cox Automotive in 2013 from Allscripts, and has more than 15 years of leadership experience in operations and technology development.
Connie holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Journalism from Kansas State University, with a secondary major in Women’s Studies. She is based in Atlanta, GA where she resides with her husband Mike and two children, Jude and Finnley.
Scott Liniado is the Vice President of Technology for RMS Automotive. Scott is responsible for global technology, including engineering and infrastructure. Based in Atlanta, Scott works to build the right technology for the RMS Automotive product portfolio while delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.
Prior to joining RMS Automotive, Scott founded a startup in the Atlanta area, CareerStream, which was later purchased by Kronos, a global workforce management solutions company. While at Kronos, Scott served in roles of increasing responsibility across product development, product management, and implementation. In his most recent position, Scott was Director of Product Management, where he was responsible for managing the product design, strategy, and the roadmap for their software solutions. In this role, he also coordinated and led all product development activities for multiple integrated global teams.
Scott graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor’s degree in History. He was recipient of the Georgia Youth Entrepreneur of the Year and was also awarded the Best Youth Operated Business by Business Atlanta and the Association for Corporate Growth.
Ed Berkowitz is the Head of Product for RMS Automotive. Ed provides global oversight for the RMS Automotive product portfolio, client delivery, and analytics. Based in Silicon Valley, Ed manages vision, strategy and execution of the RMS vehicle portfolio management solution as well as the performance optimization which together, enables clients to achieve increased remarketing efficiency while maximizing portfolio values.
Prior to joining RMS Automotive, Ed held senior roles in the software field within the automotive and financial sectors, most recently serving as Vice President of Product Management for ADESA and OPENLANE. Previous roles also include broad Engineering and Operations responsibilities at RES Finance, Closedloop Solutions, Greenlight.com, Silicon Graphics, and Travelers Insurance Companies. Ed is known as a sharp analytical thinker, an innovative designer and developer of new business models – which has resulted in multiple patents.
Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Computer Coordinate from Trinity College. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.
Amar Ganga is the Senior Director of Engineering for RMS Automotive. He has been working with RMS since 2005 and has over 14 years of experience in delivering Global Automotive Remarketing, Fleet Management and Auction Management software solutions across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.
Amar designed and architected the RMS software since product inception. He is responsible for providing the technical architectural solutions. In total, he has 16 years of experience in delivering software solutions. Amar graduated with a degree in Computer Science.
As Senior Director of North America Sales & Marketing, Blake is responsible for identifying prospective clients, cultivating new relationships and optimizing existing client solutions. Blake drives product and solution innovation, ensures partner satisfaction and business objective achievement for all RMS clients in the North America market.
Prior to joining RMS Automotive, Blake spent 15 years with OPENLANE. During his tenure at OPENLANE he worked closely with nearly all of the captive finance, upstream and grounding programs. Blake also managed the sales, account management and program coordination teams in support of the ADESA upstream online business.
As Director of Sales, Cindy Heximer works with several key RMS accounts pursuing new business opportunities and managing ongoing relationships and expectations.
Prior to joining the RMS Automotive team, Cindy held business development leadership roles in the automotive sector with Remarketing Services of America/ Fiserv Lending Solutions, Opera Solutions and Marine Midland Automotive Finance Corporation. She has worked with banks, captive finance companies and OEMs for over twenty years of a thirty-year career in business development and sales.
Cindy holds Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration degrees from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
